Hatha Yoga In the comfort of your home on our Facebook private group suitable for all levels including beginners 


Hatha Yoga Based upon the Sivananda Vedanta principles to help physically and mentally.  You will be guided through static held poses working the whole body focusing on the breath to help ease tight muscles, strengthen muscles around the spine and core, help  increase flexibility, balance and posture. Release tension and calm the nervous system.


Cleanses the lungs and helps build the immune system. 

 Meditation can help with focus and concentration to clear the mind of mental chatter which can help promote better sleep reduce anxiety and decrease stress

6.20pm  Yoga Stretch &  candle Meditation 

Wednesday

7 35pm   chakra Yoga  & Sound Bath

7.05pm Gentle Yoga &  Yoga Nidra  or sound bath
