Mindfulness Yin Yoga & Relaxation Workshop

Sunday 28th April 10-12pm

We will work mindfully with hip opening static Yin yoga poses, held for a length of time. Focusing on the breath to help release tension and stress.
Accompanied by sound bathing meditation instruments, allowing you to immerse yourself with the sound and vibration of instruments such as hand beaten Himalayan bowls and delicate Koshi wind chimes. Finishing with Yoga Nidra, otherwise known as yogic sleep. This will help you to enter a deeper, more conscious relaxation for body mind & spirit helping you to find greater balance.
