Hatha yoga classes and workshops are suitable for men and women of all levels Including beginners as variations of the poses can be given to suit everyone. Classes can consist of Pranayama breathing,  static or moving poses, meditation and relaxation. Based upon the Sivananda Vedanta principles to help physically and mentally

Government Guidelines and Centre Etiquette

Booking and prepayment by bank transfer is essential due to reduced class size

A medical form will have to be completed by email 24hrs before attending class 

Wear comfortable warm  stretchy clothing

Bring your own yoga mat and blanket for relaxation ( If new to the centre you can hire a mat for your first class)

If you have a temperature or continuous cough don’t come to the centre, contact your doctor ASAP.  Your temperature will be taken at the centre

If you have returned from a foreign holiday you are required to take a covid test prior to returning to the centre or please to not return for 10 days

Arrive 10mins before class starts if you arrive early please wait outside , the door will be locked when the class starts 

Hand sanitizer stations are are available around the centre

Face masks are optional during the class Suggested Guidelines is to wear a mask entering and leaving reception 

Refrain from wearing products with perfume or chemicals in them for classes and treatments as this can effect others who suffer with respiratory problems such as Asthma and chemical sensitivity syndrome. 

CANCELLATION POLICY is non refundable non transferable on all services due to reduced class size set by the government and being a small business
